As well as you can limit number of laundry pickup and laundry delivery per time slot.
With Laundry Pickup & Delivery Plugin for WooCommerce you can setup which laundry pickup slot and delivery slot should be available for which zip codes. So basically you create a number of time slot for laundry pickup and laundry delivery and assign each slots to specific zip codes only.

Here you can set up the time slots as well along with the day they are available for. Also you can limit the total number laundry pickup and total number of laundry delivery per slot there.
Do remember you need to keep those same zip codes in the shipping tab as well.

Wild Card post code set up:
Here in the below screenshot you can see how to setup Wild card postcodes.
Specific Postcode setup:
You can see in the below screenshot some specific postcodes (MK16 8AH) setup. Who have just specific postcodes to set up here, they can easily do from here.
Numeric Postcodes setup:
Anyone who have numeric postcodes to set up (ex: 700001…700050), don’t worry, here is the solution. As you can find in the below screenshot.
