WooCommerce reporting for upcoming deliveries and pickups
With ODT Order details plugin you can search and list up the orders need to be delivered today/tomorrow or within any specific date range as well as orders those need to be pickup ready.
For Delivery –
Click the menu that says “Orders By Delivery” like below screen-shot (the menu with red rectangle on left side).
On loading of the page it will show details of the orders those need to be ready for delivery on today along with following details
- Order no
- individual Products ordered for this order number
- Quantity of each products
- Delivery date and time
- Customer name
- Customer phone no
- Customer email
- Delivery location
- The address
- Order notes (if any)
- Order status.
So you don’t need to dig up into each order to fetch products and their quantity, shipping address, delivery date time.
You can also put in any date range to check if there is any delivery on that date range/specific date. For example we put in 9th Oct 2017 to 19th Oct 2017 and it list out all the orders to be ready for delivery within 9/10/2017 to 19/10/2017 along with all required details on same page.
Alternatively you can list up orders placed between a date range to know the status of the orders and the delivery/pickup date time along with other details as listed above, all you need to select two date on top left side of the same page and hit the “Search” button.
Same is applied for pickup too all you need to click the 3rd menu that say “Orders By Pickup” as below screen-shot
For Pickup –
Here as well By default current date (it is blank as there is no pick up for today) will be selected.You can also put in any date you want to know if there is any delivery on that date.For example we put in 1st Oct 2017 to 20th Oct 2017
With the features called WooCommerce reporting for upcoming deliveries and pickups it will keep a record of all the details you require like an inventory.
