how to obtain Google API key ?

It is important to generate/ obtain the Google API key in google as as the extension makes use of the Google Maps and Google Distance Matrix APIs to help our plugin WooODT Extended Map Addon calculate.

Firstly,

What is API key ?

How to go about it ?

step 1 – go to https://console.developers.google.com/apis/library and sign in your google account as shown below-

step 2 – Select a project , for example we want to select google map android API then and then create project is clicked on

step 3 – then click on enable API

step 4 – click google maps distance matrix API

step 5 – click enable button / in case disable is the only option there that means it is already enabled and go to create credentials

step 6 – Click what credentials do i need?
